I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was perfect for me and my husband, with a luxurious spa bath that was so relaxing. The hotel also offers a shoe shine service, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and dining table added to the comfort of the room. And the garden furniture was a nice addition for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location was convenient and close to the center of town, making it easy to explore.

Hotel manager was fantastic. He offered a quick idea for how to navigate the city as well as recommendations for local places to visit and try out. Our room was very comfortable and well laid-out, and we loved having access to our own jacuzzi after a cold winter's day.

Minor issues such as curtains could have been better at offering complete blackout from street lights. Fan in bathroom ran intermittently when turned on. Shower nozzle had a randomised spray pattern. Nothing major.

Stayed here for Easter and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and had great facilities including free and unlimited WiFi which was a huge plus. The location was perfect, close to the beach and town. We also enjoyed having a spa bath in the room which was the cherry on top!

That the photos online didn't give an accurate idea of the size of the bath and the TV wasn't visible from the spa. We had to unplug the skybox and plug in the DVD player which was a bit inconvenient.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, and it was effortless to walk around this city. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and I especially loved having a spa bath in my room. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows.

The room was a little gloomy, which could be immediately lightened by painting the wood around the spa bath and installing better light bulbs.

The motel I stayed in was amazing. The location was very convenient, situated near restaurants and shops. The room was spotless and very spacious, and the bathroom was well-stocked and immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service. The room had many amenities, including a kitchen with all necessary appliances, cutlery and crockery, and a seating area with comfortable chairs. The bedding was perfect, and all the furniture was modern and stylish. The room also had free internet connection.

The television was a bit small, but it didn't matter since I didn't watch TV much anyway.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at a modern and clean motor inn in Tauranga. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with spa tubs that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the CBD and with plenty of parking available. The host at the counter was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to book this place again!

This hotel was really wonderful. The owners are very friendly and will accommodate anything you want. Nice and quiet, spa is great and location is right in the middle of the city. Not far from the beach, you can drive there in 15 mins. You are surrounded by water anyway.I would highly reccommend this hotel. I actaully booked 1 night, but ended up going back 3 times during our trip.

Bath room and toilets are clean. Providing stove and microwave helps if staying more than one day.
